According to this law, subcontracting of ancillary and related activities is mandatory and reserved exclusively for Congolese companies with Congolese capital. The objective is to promote the emergence of a Congolese middle class, protect local labor, and contribute to expanding the tax base for the benefit of the public treasury.

Our tender calls are published in accordance with legal requirements, and interested companies are invited to submit their proposals based on the specified criteria. We ensure that the selection process is based on the skills and capabilities of candidate companies, without discrimination.
